The Arc of Attrition 2020 began at noon today. A 100 mile race along the Cornish coast starting at Coverack and finishing in Porthtowan. Runners have 36 hours to complete the distance. The race has four aid stations about 20 miles apart.
The 50 mile option starts on Saturday morning from the Minack Theatre in Porthcurno which also features the dramatic Cornish coastal path. Passing Land’s End it will complete an arc around the extreme south west tip of Cornwall. The race has a 15.5 hour cut-off.
