If you would like to be part of the Isle of Man Team taking part in the 2nd Commonwealth Mountain and Ultradistance Running Championships, in North Wales over the 23-25 September 2011 then there will soon be an opportunity to meet the qualifying standards.
The North Barrule Fell Race on July 30 will act as a trial for athletes wishing to compete.
The events:
1 24 Hour for Men and Women in Llandudno.
2. Mountain race at Llanberis, 12K for Men and 8K for Women
3. 50K trail race for Men and Women in Newborough Forest, Anglesey
