Charlie Ramsay talks about the Ramsay Round, a 56 mile challenge covering 24 Munroes in 24 hours at Run & Become, Edinburgh.

Come and hear how Charlie became a living legend that has inspired experienced off-road runners to make the attempt Starting and finishing at Glen Nevis youth hostel in 1978, Charlie Ramsay set himself the challenge of running 24 Munroes in a circuit of the Lochaber hills within 24 hours.

Here is a great opportunity for runners and adventurers to hear and watch Charlie’s presentation on “The Ramsay Round” – how the idea was first envisioned, how it was planned and how it was run. The power-point presentation will be followed by questions and answers.
