24 hour race for charity

"Killamarsh Kestrels Running Club, has organised the race which will take place between 27-28 June 2009.

Members of the local community are being invited to get their running shoes on for charity and take part in a 24 hour relay race

The event, which is raising money for the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity, will see teams take it in turns to run or walk a lap of Rother Valley. The Killamarsh Kestrels runners will take part throughout the whole 24 hours, with other runners being invited to come down and run as many laps as they can."
