Run on Water 2013 is a new ultramarathon for the UK which will take place from September 12th – 15th. This new event will follow the length of the Leeds to Liverpool Canal – 128 miles spread over 4 days.
Organized by the Brathay Trust, the race starts at 10:30 from Granary Wharf in Leeds and follows the towpath to Liverpool with aid stations and electronic timing and overnight stops at Skipton, Church and Wigan.
The field limit of 20 with only 9 spots remaining mean that the first edition of Run On Water will be a unique experience for a lucky few.
Brathay Trust is a charity with the mission to improve the life chances of children and young people. They realize this by inspiring them to engage positively in their communities.
