Ultrarun.co.uk are organising two runs on September the 1St 2012 along the Kennet and Avon Canal. There will be a 56 mile ultramarathon from Bath to Newbury and a shorter 21 mile run that also starts at the same canalside location and finishes in Devizes. The route is entirely along the canal towpath and is also part of the Sustrans National Cycle network Route 4.
