Irish ultrarunner Don Hannon – Running The Ireland Way is nearing the end of his journey crossing from Ballycastle in Northern Ireland to Castletownbere in County Cork in Ireland yesterday and today, a distance of 578 miles (930 km) over 12 days starting on March 31st 2018. Don is dealing with the Cork weather at the moment and should finish sometime between 5 and 6 this evening.
Don is raising the profile of Organ Donor cards having donated, in July of 2016, half of his liver to his sister, Therese.
