Ross Jenkin completed his Big 4 Grand Round Challenge by arriving back at Keswick Moot Hall in the early hours of Sunday June 20th at the end of the Bob Graham Round, the final leg of the quartet.
Ross is the first person to complete a continuous traverse of the UK’s four big mountain challenges: the Paddy Buckley Round in north Wales (47 summits); the Denis Rankin Round in Northern Ireland (39 summits); the Ramsay Round in Scotland (24 summits) and the Bob Graham Round (42 summits) in the English Lake District a total of 152 summits, with 387km (240 miles) of running and 31,800m (104,331ft) of ascent.
Ross attempted the challenge in August 2020 but had to stop due to injury and Storm Francis. The Dynafit-sponsored athlete is raising funds for the Campaign Against Living Miserably.
