Celtic Plate 100km Championships 2009 Results

Jez Bragg made it two in a row in the first IAU Ultra Championships in Galway yesterday. First lady was Helena Crossan, the Irish 100km record holder with a time of8:11:04

The Celtic Plate 100km Championships is an annual competition amongst the Home countries and also includes an open section for other national teams. Jez Braggs win, a pb in 6:58:00, esured that England secured the title.
